SAP SystemsSAP PM: Plant Maintenance for Industrial Assets
Maintenance teams at mines, plants and utilities rely on the system to keep equipment reliable, yet notifications and work orders are logged inconsistently, which leaves the history unusable for the analysis it was meant to support. This course addresses both use and data quality. Delegates work through the technical object hierarchy of functional locations and equipment and why the structure determines what can later be analysed, notifications and the damage and cause coding that produces usable history. Work order lifecycle from planning through scheduling and confirmation to technical completion is covered. Maintenance plans, task lists and scheduling follow. Materials, reservations and the stores interface are addressed. The course closes on measurement, on standard reporting and on cleaning up an existing dataset.
