SAP SystemsSAP Ariba: Procurement and Supplier Collaboration
Moving sourcing and supplier collaboration onto a cloud platform changes who does the work, since suppliers now enter their own data and buyers administer a process rather than a spreadsheet. This course covers running it. Delegates work through supplier registration, qualification and the supplier record that downstream processes depend on, sourcing events including auctions and requests for proposal, and evaluation and award within the platform. Catalogue and non catalogue purchasing follow, along with the guided buying that determines whether users comply. Contract records and their link to purchasing are covered. Invoicing, matching and exception handling are addressed. The course closes on integration with the core system, on supplier adoption and on the reporting the platform supports.
