Leadership and ManagementProgramme Management for Donor Funded Development Projects
Development and donor-funded programmes carry reporting, compliance and results-measurement obligations that differ substantially from commercial programme management, and this course is built specifically around that context. Participants work through logical framework design, results-based monitoring and donor compliance requirements, drawing on examples from health, agriculture and infrastructure programmes funded by multilateral and bilateral partners active across the region.
