Risk, Compliance and AMLGovernance, Ethics and Stakeholder Accountability
Governance is judged by culture and stakeholder trust as much as by compliance, and an organisation can hold every certificate and still be one where people know the wrong thing is happening and say nothing. This course addresses that gap. Delegates work through the governance foundations of accountability, transparency and responsibility, and ethical decision making frameworks applied to decisions that are genuinely difficult rather than obvious. Codes of conduct and why most fail to influence behaviour are covered. Stakeholder identification, engagement and the accountability owed to each follow. Tone from the top is treated concretely as observable behaviour rather than a statement. Speaking up, and the conditions that make it safe, are addressed. The course closes on measuring ethical culture and on responding when the organisation has fallen short.
