Generative AI and Prompt Engineering for the Enterprise

Generative AI tools are being adopted at pace across African enterprises for content, customer service and knowledge work, often faster than organisations can govern their use. This course teaches participants to write effective prompts, apply generative AI safely to real workplace tasks and design internal guidelines that protect data and intellectual property. It combines practical exercises with a clear look at where generative AI still requires human judgement.
