Gas Processing and LNG Plant Operations

A ten day intensive covering natural gas treatment, dehydration, sweetening and liquefaction processes. It is structured for engineers and operators supporting gas monetization projects moving from associated gas flaring toward domestic and export gas processing across East and West Africa.

Course objectives

  • Explain the natural gas processing train from wellhead gas to sales gas specification
  • Apply acid gas removal and dehydration process principles
  • Describe liquefaction cycles and LNG storage and loading operations
  • Identify hazards specific to cryogenic LNG handling and storage
  • Evaluate gas processing plant performance against product specifications

Who should attend

  • Process engineers
  • Gas plant operators
  • LNG terminal staff
  • Project engineers on gas monetization projects
  • Technical trainers
