Fundamentals of Strategic Management

This introductory programme gives managers a working grasp of how strategy is formulated, communicated and monitored inside an organisation. Using well known analytical tools alongside examples from African industries, participants learn to read the competitive environment, position their business or unit accordingly, and translate strategic intent into workable plans. The course suits professionals who contribute to strategy but have not previously led a strategic planning process.
