Financial Risk Management and Internal Controls

This course builds the frameworks finance teams need to identify, quantify, and control financial risk, from credit and liquidity exposure to fraud and control breakdowns that have affected banks, insurers, and public entities across the region. Delegates design internal control frameworks aligned to recognised standards and practise risk registers and escalation protocols on realistic case material. The course closes with a practical control self assessment delegates can adapt to their own organisation.
