Essential Skills for Executive Management

A broad based programme for managers stepping up into executive responsibilities for the first time, covering the core disciplines of finance, governance, strategy and people leadership at executive level. Participants gain a working vocabulary across these areas so they can contribute confidently in executive committee discussions, even where a function is not their own background.
